Honor Thy Teacher
Honor Thy Teacher is a program that gives members of the community the opportunity to honor a Manatee County School teacher through a gift to the Manatee Education Foundation.
You can probably still remember that teacher that made you feel good about school. Maybe you gave them a gift or said thank you, or maybe you just wish you had. Chances are, that just such an outstanding teacher or individual has inspired your child. What better way to thank that teacher than by making a donation to the Manatee Education Foundation to support classroom grants for other outstanding teachers!
Along with a receipt for your gift to the Manatee Education Foundation, you will receive a card which you or your child can present to the teacher you are honoring. The card will not disclose the amount of your gift.
To donate, download the Honor Thy Teacher form, (be sure to include the teacher's name and school in the message) and mail it along with your check to:
