Pittsburgh Pirates Benefit Game

Hit a Homerun for Education!

February 27th at 12 noon is the opening day of Spring Training for the Pittsburgh Pirates. The Pirates host the MCC Lancers at McKechnie Field and all proceeds go to benefit the Manatee Education Foundation and Wakeland Elementary.

Tickets are $5 for adults and students K-12 will be admitted free (after school hours, of course!).

Employee of the Year, Tomas Carillo, will throw out the first pitch of the game and the Lee Middle Magnet School Girls Choir will sing the National Anthem.

Tickets are available by calling the Pirates at 877-893-2827. You may also go in person to the McKechnie Field Box Office. Or purchase online at www.pirates.com.

Take me out to the ballgame!

Special thanks to Trevor Gooby, Foundation board member and Director of Florida Baseball Operations for the Pirates. Everybody was a winner!
